lash extensions are not recommended for people who tend to pull or pick at their lashes, who have trouble laying still for longer than 30 minutes, who currently take rentin a, or who currently take accutane.

we require spot-tests before offering lash extension services to anyone with allergies to cyanoacrylate, latex, or adhesive.

before receiving your lash extension service, do not receive a facial service within 48 hours of your lash service.

you will be required to sign a consent form before receiving lash extension services.

we recommend bringing photos of lash styles you like to your first lash service appointment.

lash extensions home care instructions:

*Do not get your lashes wet for the first 24 - 48 hrs after receiving your lash application service.
*Brush your lashes daily (before cleansing; not when wet).
*Clean lashes daily with the Lash Bath (or Lash Cleanser foam).

To clean properly:
1- Wash one eye at a time.
2- Apply a small dot of lash bath to a surface such as the back of your hand.
3- Wet your Lash Cleansing Brush to dilute your solution.
4- Lathering it lightly with your wet Cleansing Brush.
5- Apply to your lashes with gentle, downward strokes.
(If using the Lash Cleanser Foam instead of Lash Bath, you can apply that directly to the lashes without diluting)
6- Rinse Brush & gently wipe off all cleanser with gentle downward strokes until clean with cool water
7- Pat eye dry with clean towel; do not comb/brush lashes until they are dry
8- Repeat process on other eye

*Do not use mascara on your lash extensions
*Do not pick or pull on your extensions
*Avoid eye makeup that will leave residue and that is not oil-free
*Powder eyeliner & water-based liquids are easy to remove.
*Avoid oil-based eye creams & moisturizers.
*Do not sleep on your face. If needed, Borboleta eye masks are available to purchase to help avoid lash damage during sleep.

*Remember to Reserve your next Lash Fill Service for every 2 - 3 weeks before leaving the salon to ensure availability & maintain your gorgeous lashes!
